RCi Home Solution
Clarity before work begins.
RCi offers interior design consultancy for homes and selected commercial spaces in Kolkata, with design-only support for suitable projects beyond the city. This is suited to clients who want a professional design direction while arranging execution separately.
Planning around your requirements
Depending on the agreement, deliverables include a requirement study, space planning, concept development, colours and materials, 3D visualisations, working drawings and a documented scope. The proposal defines the stages and deliverables for your project.
A clearly defined scope
Our Dubai South villa commission demonstrates design and visualisation support without on-site execution. Design-only services are chargeable; any later adjustment against execution billing follows the agreed proposal terms.

Can I appoint my own execution vendors?
Yes. Design-only consultancy can provide the agreed planning and documentation while you appoint your own vendors. On-site supervision and execution are separate responsibilities unless included in the proposal.
